Through the forms on this site (showing interest in a car, offering your car, leaving a review), we only collect the data you enter yourself: name, phone number, email address, the content of your message, and, if you choose to, one photo of your car via the sell form. We do not collect any data through tracking cookies or advertising pixels; this site uses none.

We use your data solely to respond to your request: to contact you about a car you're interested in, to prepare an offer for a car you're offering, or to publish a review after it has been approved. We do not use your data for newsletters or direct marketing unless you give separate, explicit consent.

Processing is based on your consent (actively filling in and submitting a form) and on our legitimate interest in being able to respond to questions about our cars and services.

We keep request and contact data for as long as necessary to handle your request, plus a reasonable follow-up period (generally no more than 2 years after the last contact). Approved reviews remain visible until you request their removal.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties. We do use two technical service providers acting as processors: Supabase (database and storage, hosted within the EU) and Netlify (website hosting). Both process data solely on our instructions and according to their own privacy policies.

Access to submitted form data is restricted to the business owner via a secure login. Data is stored encrypted within the European Union.

This website uses no tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, and no advertising pixels. Only technically necessary information (such as your language preference) is kept to make the site function.
